30-Day Return Window
We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Items received after this 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in "Like New" condition. This means:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and manuals are included.

For hygiene reasons, certain items like opened bags of pet food, treats, or used pet beds cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Damages and Issues (Manufacturer Defects)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@paws-and-patas.com with photos of the issue.

If a product is determined to have a manufacturer defect, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover the initial processing and warehouse handling costs.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at admin@paws-and-patas.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for the return.

Note: Do not send items back to the address on your original shipping label without an RMA, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
6. Refunds
Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
